#NextGenNatSec

NextGen NatSec and New America are pleased to honor the contributions of diverse experts in U.S. national security and foreign policy. These lists feature experts currently serving in government, think tanks, academia, non-governmental organizations, and the media. Selection is based on excellence and leadership; their current work in national security or foreign policy; and their contributions to their issues of expertise through thought leadership.

NextGen NatSec convenes a committee of experts from the affinity/ethnic group represented by each list to collaborate with us. This committee of experts works with NextGen NatSec leadership to steer and support the outreach, review, and amplification of the experts included in the list. NextGen NatSec recognizes the importance of letting the community being represented lead the effort, control the narrative, and spearhead the outreach to ensure cultural alignment and sensitivity. A big thank you to the experts that volunteer their time and talent to bring these list to life!!

Now, more than ever, U.S. institutions must be reinforced with service-minded individuals with diverse cultural, linguist, and religious backgrounds.
